This is a great product, which helps my stomach tremendously.
Great Anti -inflammatory -better than most OTC Meds which can damage organs!!
With consistent use, it helps with joint pain. The only issue that I had, which made me almost stop ordering this Vital Nutrients product was due to previous bottles always arrived with broken capsules which caused a powdery mess. My first time using Walmart Pharmacy, I finally received the product without any broken capsules.
This is my favorite product from Vital Nutrients. I have long dealt with tendinitis in my knees and after taking BCQ on a consistent basis I noticed a significant reduction in discomfort. I've found the key is taking it consistently. I usually take 6 capsules a day on an empty stomach. It recommends up to 12 capsules a day which is a lot but when I injured my back and I increased to 12 capsules a day I was able to recover sooner than expected.
A lot of the pills were broken and cracked upon opening the bottle
