This is the kind of supplement that I think has the potential to be really beneficial and in that way I think it's worth taking just for preventative measures. However, do you NEED it and can you actually prove that it's effective? By no means is it a bad product and I'm assuming that it can only help and not have negative effects but because there's really no way to prove that there's a definite benefit to taking it, I doubt that I'll continue using it after my bottle is gone.

After taking these as directed the only thing I got was a terrible stomach ache. I upped my water intake but it didn't seem to help. These didn't work for me.
