I love this product! I take it every day and it makes a difference! It helps curb my appetite and maintain a positive mood. I've been taking BrighterDay for several years and I love what it does for me.

I have used this at least once a year the past few years, and it has worked for me. I rotate a few weight loss vitamins. Brighter Day is definitely my fav of them.

Surprised and delighted
I read good things about this product and decided to try it myself. After about two weeks, I did notice that it helped with appetite control and I had lost about 2 pounds. I believe it helped with my mood, as well. I would recommend this product to anyone and in fact recommended it to my sister.

I love how Brighter Day uses natural ingredients and helps fights my cravings. Its refreshig to have a product that help relieves my mood swings and boots my energy. I think I finally found my product for weight loss & appetite control ! Thanks Brighter Day !

Improved Mood and Focus
This is my 5th Brighterday purchase. I love that it has no stimulants since I am very sensitive to anything with a stimulant. I do not think that it does much to help with appetite control. However, I keep buying this product because it definitely helps support my mood and focus. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a product to help with mood support.
