Internet says that vitamins B9, D,A,E,C, magnesium and zinc help build new stem cells. The title is misleading. Vitamins are always good. Always consult your doctor because vitamin and herbal supplements are better managed by professionals. Living enzymes in raw vegetables is always the healthiest and the plants are alive. Dried vegetables or plants do NOT come back to life once dried…. Supplements are an excellent way to enhance your diet. I like the mix in these supplements however i already obtain vitamin B12 elsewhere so i have to be careful because B12 can build up in your liver unlike the other Bs which get flushed out of your body through your urine.
