I have fewer allergy and sinus issues as well as increased joint comfort since supplementing with bromelain. This brand of the product is a very good value.
I take this for arthritis pain in my knees. Works excellent. Great price.
Helps with swelling in my legs good price
I have bought this product several times and it's has always been of high quality.
Seems to help sore joints as well as other brands of Bromelain
Needed 2400 GDU Happy to find a quality non GMO item for a fair price
seems to be helping with digestion and my post nasal drip
These one a day capsules swallow very easy and are very effective in wound recovery. Very competitively priced as well.
I'm not sure if it's going to work. I usually use NOW vitamins bromelain. This Vitamatic doesn't seem to have the same anti-inflammatory effect so far. Also, there is a taste with the capsules like it's just dried pineapple and not necessarily bromelain which comes from other parts of the pineapple and not the fruit itself. I may bring it back.
I am reviewing Vitamatic Bromelain. This comes in a 500-milligram capsule. You can see the size of the capsule vs a penny in the photo that I have uploaded to accompany this review. The recommended dosage is one capsule per day with a meal. I am interested to see how this product addresses my arthritis. I have tried various NSAIDS to reduce my arthritic inflammation in various joints, particularly my knees. I have also tried Turmeric capsules and have been prescribed Diclofenac. In my non-scientific and not statistically significant test, I tried a week of each while not varying my work and exercise habits. I like the results I got from Turmeric and then Diclofenac. I do feel that the Bromelain made a difference too. Tylenol is not helping. Aspirin hurts my stomach when I take enough to make my knees feel better. I am not enjoying anything good from ibuprofen. I was interested to learn that Bromelain is extracted from pineapples. I wonder if I increased my intake of pineapples if I would have a similar result? Eating pineapples and drinking the juice is much more fun and fulfilling than taking capsules. Like many dietary supplements that are available and touted to cure a myriad of aliments, you need to test it on yourself. The FDA has not been allowed to do the work. Your healthcare provider will give you anecdotal information at best or nothing at all. So you are on your own to try and measure the efficacy of Bromelain on yourself. For me, I felt a little better. But I have found other things I think are more effective.
