I really felt like I was getting these vitamins. My nails %26 hair have been growing quite well. would definitely recommend.

When taking supplements sometimes it's hard to tell if it is working. It would be ridiculous to think anyone would see major results overnight. My hair has been growing consistently while taking collagen so I'll continue to do so. These were at a good price, but unfortunately, the taste is off. Because I take multiple supplements, I prefer to chew Gummies. Supplements in pill form tend to leave an aftertaste for several hours. These gummy‘s, however, do not taste as well as most. They are alright enough to finish the bottle, but I will not purchase again.

The taste and texture are weird. I would not recommend but I am sure someone out there likes these. 🤷🏻‍♀️

the taste... its what makes this peoduct a hard pill to swallow. i havent seen the effects of the collagen yet but I am hopeful.
