i bought these after using another brand. I use them for sleeping. They seem to be pretty effective. The only thing I dislike is their size. They are quite large and not easy to break in half but tolerable. i would recommend them.

Isn't that what you take tryptophan for-- sleep support? I was surprised to see these were large tablets, not capsules. They go down easy, though, and didn't arrive a crumbled mess. I generally trust the Vitamatic brand and would buy again.
