I needed this after a parathyroidectomy which resulred in hungry bone syndrome which caused hypomagnesia and I began getting severe foot and calf cramps. I ordered this and within a couple of days the cramping susided. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs it. The capsules have no flavor and are easy to swallow with some water. This was also a great bargain for the quantity and price.
