I drink it in a large water bottle with flavored electrolyte powder and it has no taste. I was worried since everyone complained about a taste but I tasted nothing. I will never buy a capsules magnesium after this.

I need more time with this product and will update my review. I got this product for improved sleep. So far I slept through the night. I tried a different magnesium where that was not the case. The power doesn't taste that great, but I would rather have that than any sugars or stevia adde.

I think it's a good price. I also think it's a little strong/hard on my stomach and it may be the reason for my stomach hurting and diarrhea. I am taking it for muscle cramps, especially in my calves. I try to be consistent, and I can tell I didn't take any today because I am laying in bed and my left calf wants to seize up on me as we speak. I do occasionally drink pickles juice and that seems to help serious leg cramping.

Tastes awful but mix it with something and it works. Otherwise amazing product and great quality/amount for the price.
