I love this product. I am health conscious and as I have aged, I have been even more aware of the need for supplements to aid in keeping us healthy and feeling well. This product is simple. It is a safe, healthy way to have confidence that you are doing what you can to help your health be it's best. The capsules are a nice size but you can also open the capsule and sprinkle the product on any soft food. If you take medications, you can ask your doctor or a pharmacist if there might be any problems but mine gave the heads up.

I generally don't have digestive issues, so this is taken as a maintenance supplement. Easy to swallow capsules. The capsules don't have a particular smell, so this should be good for those with sensitive noses. I would recommend taking before meal as instructed. I took them after eating on one occasion and definitely had an aftertaste and increased burping, but that could have been also related to the meal. I also would not recommend taking this at breakfast, unless you're eating a full serving. Didn't set well when I took these pills and only ate a granola bar to break my fast. This isn't in a childproof container, so for consumers with children, please be aware of that.

These vitamins are great. They give me a little more peace of mind I've had family and friends who have developed liver disease and things and after my pregnancy and c section I had elevated liver results they have normalized now but I'm sure they could always be better so I hope these help with that only time will tell but it's better to give it a try cause I believe most vitamins are very beneficial especially if you don't get all your vitamins from food. They look to be quick dissolve capsules good for absorption. Not to big to swallow I'm excited to get my liver in healthy shape

With a product like this it takes time to see results. I'm not sure how to rate this because I just started using it. The capsules are convenient to use and easy to swallow. Since I don't have any digestive problems for now, I can't see any difference in my health. It might aid others who suffer with these problems.
