I've been taking this heavier dose of melatonin along with magnesium for awhile now. It's the only combo that enables me to sleep soundly and wake up without being groggy.
Very happy to have found a combination melatonin and magnesium pill to help with sleep. I take it at 6pm and I am sleepy by 8pm, easy to swallow pill, no sugar coating, no upset stomach.
I love these magnesium, melatonin they help me sleep a full night 😴
