I did not like having to take 2 of them to work for me. Other brands are more expensive, and 10 mg is all I need to fall asleep. I only have to take 1 capsule or pill. Idk if it's because it's a good tasting gummy, why it isn't as potent. But taking 2 gummies worked for me. I did get a restful night's sleep, and I did not wake up groggy the next morning
