Good value
You can either let it dissolve in your mouth by sucking on it or bite it once or twice and it dissolves quicker. The taste is not too bad and it lasts up to a year.

what do you know one worked
I will definitely buy these again usually takes me a long time to get to sleep to settle my brain down and relax I took one of these for the first time and within 30 minutes I do believe I was asleep I will buy these again definitely in a year or so if the price is right.

Not all melatonin helps me fall asleep. I take 3-4 and I'm ready to sleep. Try one then increase by one until you find how many helps you fall asleep. Great product 10/10
