Melatonin you don't feel in the morning
Helps us sleep and doesn't linger into the next day like other brands, which is what we like most.

seems to work fairly well except i have extreme insomnia, where a good usually i get 4 hours using prescription medication but sometimes this helps extend my sleep.

Not up to par.
This doesn't work any better than Tylenol PM. After 4 hours I was still awake. It may have some slight effect on your mood but very little.
