It does the job. I'm to that age where it's hard to swallow the big pills, so taking one of these a day really helps!

I was taking the regular pills so taking gummies is so much easier. The pumpkin seed was a nice addition to the product.

Taste Amazing
I'm going to give these at least 6 months before I say they work or not. It takes that long to even begin to notice a difference. Hair does not grow overnight. They taste really good and have no after taste so that a huge plus. I recommend

Taste good
These are chewable and the flavor is good. The reason I gave four stars is because when it arrived, they're all stuck together, so I have to stick my finger in there to pull them apart.
