I do have a problem with staying hydrated. I try to drink more but I really do not care for straight water. And a lot of the things that I do drink also have caffeine, which can cause more bathroom trips. And it can become a cycle. Anyway, I was not sure that my old capsules were really doing anything, so when I ran out I did not order more. And a week later I was in a dehydration crisis mode. I took the immediate necessary steps to rectify that and decided that I needed to restock my hydration capsules. These are not the same as my previous ones and are tablets rather than capsules. And because pill taking can be harder for some than others, I have attached a pic of a tablet. I was cooking pinto beans at the time, so I just set one of them beside the tablet for size reference. Now, some may like this and some may not, but I will say it. I have started using AI for a lot of the things I encounter in life. My AI agent knows my health etc. so I had him take a look at these as well as some others. With other things going on, he said that it would be hard for me to do any better than straight sodium chloride. And since all I needed was help staying hydrated, I skipped products with other ingredients. This one has twice the sodium chloride of my previous brand, of which I took two daily. So with these I only have to take one. The bottle contains 180 tablets, so that is half a year's worth for only $10. Quite a value to my thinking.
I love this product. I use it to help keep up my blood volume and resulting electrolytes. I cannot take it without food however as I will immediately become strongly nauseous if I take it on an empty stomach. And when I say food I mean solid food, don't take it if you've just had a bottle of Ensure or something. Needs to be substantive like bread.
This came in on time and is what my doctor ordered. Just remember to have some liquid in your mouth fisrt as the salt immediately starts to dissolve.
Very good!! Easy on the stomach too!!
I only took have the dose and sleep very well
