Cats need more taurine!
I'm on my 2nd bottle %26 my cats seem fine %26 u can't overdose cats on taurine since any excess they pee out. What little taurine that's in pet food is not enough! Their coats seem shinier %26 both are senior cats. 1 is like 12 or older. The other 1 is 7 years or more. I crush the large tablets %26 mix it in their food. It's a great price and cheaper than if u search for taurine for pets. I think it helps their health.

My go-to calming supplement.
I've used Taurine for years. I take it as needed. When I feel out of control or overwhelmed it calms me within a few minutes of taking it. It helps with sleep.
