I wish I could tell you if it has a supportive effect on the thyroid; at least we st, I hope it is but these taste nice and seem to contain the right supportive ingredients!

Got these to supplement my VitaGummies, so I tend to just take one a day but it does still seem to make a difference. They're a little earthier than I was expecting but the flavor is decent and texture isn't terrible--a little stiffer and dryer for a gummy than you might expect but it's fine, though I wouldn't try just swallowing these if you didn't feel like chewing, unlike the VitaGummies which are soft enough to get away with that.(or y'know, if you accidentally inhale one bc you scarfed it on the go)

so far so good I haven't taken them long enough to know if it's made a difference, but it had good reviews. That's why I bought them and the taste is really good. I was worried that they would be too chewy and pull off a cap of a tooth but they're soft and they're tasty

I like the flavor, I won't know if it's helping with my labs for several more weeks. But so far I'm able to tolerate, no stomach upset. The product is safe for Alpha-gal patients which is a relief.

The taste is very pleasant and gummy is medium firmness. Have been using only a month, but do feel it helps relax my thyroid when I take them in the morning. Will order again. Also great value.
