Deters biting insects
I take one tablet each day from May 1st to November 1st. This keeps insects from biting you. It takes about two weeks to get into your system and after that, you should have no problem with bug bites. It works for me!

I particularly like this B1 tablet because it is in a form that dissolves quickly in my daily vitamin shake, and I don't have to pull apart the capsule. Just toss it in the blender with my other vitas and blend it all together and I'm off to the races of my day. I prefer the vitamin shake over taking the many individual supple ments that I take on a daily routine.

Great price and quick shipping
