I bought this and learned that because I have gastric bypass I can't use pills I must have liquid b complex I didn't know that. so I don't know if my review will be fair because I did not get any benefit from this

Just the thing for a vegetarian
As a lifelong vegetarian, my protein sources have been mainly legumes and dairy products. But B-12 deficiencies may arise in vegetarians, so this supplement is advisable. It also protects agains immune disorders. Thumbs up on this brand.

Very easy to swallow. Too many vitamins are so big they ger=t stcuk on the way down. Not so much with these!

not gluten-free
i read the description and thought this would work for me as I have celiac disease. under all the ingredients there is a warning line 'contains wheat.' The title and description need changed. If I would have taken this I could have gotten very ill.
