Just began taking these so I can't say if I'm "feeling" any difference yet. I'm hoping to improve my health beginning this year and this is just a tiny part of it all. There's no after taste and they go down easily. Just be aware that 120 pills is NOT for 4 months. A serving is 2 pills, so it's only for 2 months. I find it unnecessary for ANY pills/vitamins to require more than 1 at a time. IMO it's a waste of plastic and is just a ploy to cause people to (initially) think they're getting a better deal and a longer lasting product.
