Methylcobalamin is the best and only form to take!
These only cost a little bit more than the cheap spring valley ones that are made with a lesser form of B12. I stick them under my tongue for awhile then everytually chew it. They also taste good.
Trying this on recommendation from YouTube video. Seemed like a good value.
