Love it!
Easy to swallow pill that gives you all that you need instead of several smaller pills. Also none of that vitamin c taste in your mouth. It's my go-to pill for vitamin C now❤️

Timed release is the best for absorption
Vitamin C needs to be absorbed slowly over several hours to be effective. It is difficult to find but is always available at Piping Rock. I take one pill daily and this is my main source of Vitamin C.
