I have trouble with my stomach so I got these because they are time released, I can take them with no stomach upset and they work better than any other vitamin C I have tried

Carlyle Vitamin C 1,000 mg
Vitamin C is awesome! It helps build your immune system. People don't eat enough citrus fruit and this helps. I take at least 5,000 mg (5 grams) per day. Love it! 😊

Vitamin goes in whole come out whole!
The vitamin was put in a glass to see if it dissolved and how fast ….. well it sat over night in a glass of water and was not dissolved…….
