Cheap but serviceable.
basic 500 mg Vit C; the compressed tablet has SHARP edges; is on the large size and generally has a rougher surface than is comfortable. I always take it first of 9 morning supplements. So I can follow it with a smoother capsule to clear my throat. I don't think the 5 mg of Rose Hips is significant. 500 tablets covers about 1 1/3rd yeaer. So the price is good. This purchase starts my second bottle.
