my husband %26 i have been taking these for about a yr now every morning. just as an immune booster %26 a bit of jump start on our energy fir the day. the only con i could imagine would give anyone trouble is that the caplet is a little large. so if you're not good at swallowing bigger pills, they may be a bit tough. otherwise, great qualuty for the money.

Good to have on hand.
First time trying Nature's Truth Vitamin C 100 count. I like the fact that they've incorporated Bioflavonoids with the Vitamin C which assists in better absorption. Price is pretty good, too.

I love this product. There is no bad taste and the capsules are very easy to swallow. I've had issues with swallowing other vitamin c capsules and getting choked. This is a great product and will be purchasing again.

Easier to swallow than tabs or caplets.
I can't swallow the caplets, but these captures go down with ease.
