The Nature's Bounty Vitamin D3 have been a helpful resource for my morning routine to increase my Vitamin D levels on my labs. The doctor suggested for me to introduce a supplement and luckily these are a nice size that are not bad if you have trouble swallowing. These vitamins do not upset my stomach.

The quality of these tabs is amazing and the size makes it super easy to swallow. My vitamin d level was so low I was having issues with maintaining a normal level. Within a month my levels started going up, mostly due to the absorption rate these tabs have.

The package was nice I thought the effects of it took a while to set in the taste was okay and it was very affordable and it sells out pretty quickly but the ingredients are hard to read if you don't wear glasses but it's confusing cause they don't show. What they are exactly and what they help with the effects I must say it does take a while to really set in

An easy way to get your levels back up if they're relatively low. Easily accessible in most drug and grocery stores. For something that alot of people need the price should be lower so it can help more people. I found that the pills do start to stick together due to the gel like outer casings. So it's important to use quickly but also everyday to get its effectiveness. It's not an instant fix. Like most things it takes a few weeks to see results and in some cases your doctor may recommend a higher dose. There's no real flavor to them just the standard gel coating, so I throw it back with a sweet drink quickly to avoid the gag reflex.
