Vitamin D3 25mcg 1000IU By Solgar - 180 Tablets

As someone who has been taking vitamin d3 for years, this is hands down my favorite. These tablets are the best - they retain their form, easy to swallow, and free of gluten, wheat, and dairy. So glad to find these wat Walmart at a reasonable price.

I've used both the softgel version and the pill version of Solgar vitamin D3, 1000 IU for a long time, and have been pleased with it. The glass bottle is a plus.

It seems to be quality, first time I've ever used this brand. I haven't got an upset stomach or had any side effects so far from it. I take one a day and I've been taking them a week and a half. I'd like to give caution because it turns urine orange.

It takes a while for vitamins and such to work or see if they work so I don't know about that... However... I'm disappointed that there is riboflavin in these Vitamins D3 with no calcium. I don't need more riboflavin supplements and they just makes me go to the bathroom more.. It says it's put in there for color.. Why does it need color (yellow)... I don't see the purpose... It's useless...I like them only because they don't have calcium in them.. I have hyperparathyroidism and can't have calcium supplements. I have to get calcium thru food..

I wanted vitamin D in tablet form, but my usual brand was out, so I got these. When I opened the bottle, the pills were orange. I read the ingredients list and they contain riboflavin "for coloring" Why would you want to color a vitamin pill???. Ribiflavin is a B vitamin, and I don't need or want to take it. The product info doesn't even say how many mg of riboflavin in each pill. I just tossed the bottle. Very disappointing because Solgar is usually a good brand.
