You can put it in anything and won't even know it's there. If you hate swallowing pills and hate the flavors of chewables, then this is for you!

much easier dosing
much easier to dose the correct amount with metered dose eyedropper than the first one i bought that was just "shake" a drop. my provider told me to consume it under the tongue..cant do that with a shake-dose.

Great for kids that don't like medicine
It's tasteless, but if you just ingest it straight from the dropper it is a little greasy. Works great when mixed in a drink.

Gross Tasting!
I'm sure it is very effective but be prepared to have something to drink behind it because it tastes disgusting. I've had other brands (now discontinued) that had a good flavor. Will not be buying this specific one again!
