Great for scars
I had complete knee replacement surgery last month and my doctor recommended that I put vitamin E oil on my scar. So far the scar is healing very well and the scar is not as noticeable. Vitamin E is good for several things so I will keep it in my arsenal for healing.

Use it for my scars and put a few drops in my hair products and my hair is very soft and not dried out looking. Gives it a nice shine.

not the strength advertised
number 1 it was dumped in the middle of my driveway, just 12 feet from the sidewalk. I was lucky to get to it in time. number 2 the oil itself is very thin and not 75,000 ius as stated. I have used vitamin e oil for 50 years. this is not 75,000. It may be 30,000 ius.
