Do you even lift bro?
Not sure who's workout is lasting 7 hours haha (maybe Olympic athletes?) but it works long enough to get me through an hour workout and the rest of my day.

I don't know if it's just the placebo effect or what but I swear I can lift more when I drink one of these before working out.

Not as bad as some reviewers say
It wasn't as bad as some reviews stated. It is different and not the sweet flavor of 5 hour but not bad once you accept it.
