This blender is fantastic! Chops up and purées veggies/seeds and such to where I don't have to peel. I love that it self cleans. The food processor is wonderful at slicing. This has been a huge help in the kitchen for putting away our garden harvest for the year.
I already had a vitamix, but it was the older version and need something big. I get to cut down multiple appliances taking up counter space. The recipe book is a added bonus.
Love love love I'm able to mammals all healthy recipes in seconds literally from juices to soups and even my doggies food Love the self cleaning and versatility. It's power slim design. The receive book is great
Definitely a 5 star. I am absolutely enjoying this entire system.
Love the machine, and I only scratch the surface of this magnificent tool.
Love vitamix and made an upgrade purchase after sadly breaking my old one beyond repair. I was excited about the food processor attachment and while I do enjoy the new machine I have two dislikes. The top cover on the blender is hard plastic instead of rubber and not that easy to manage. I much prefer the rubber. The food processor works well but the two blades for veggie sticks and julienne strips are misleading. They are neither of the sort and merely course graters. I regret paying the extra $$$ for those blades. Otherwise I am still loyal to Vitamix and enjoy this new machine every single day. I'm still getting used to the programs and at least using one for my daily smoothie. My nut butters are getting better and smoother every time I make one.
For the process, I'd like a personal-size jar included for small batches. Also, there's no dicing attachment for the food processor
I keep pushing and pushing the buttons and they don't turn on or work right away it takes a lot to get them to come on. A bit frustrating.
We've been Vitamix owners and users for over 10 years and we recently replaced our old 750 professional with a new A3500. What a step down…wow. Our old one was solid, made of metal, and sturdy. This new piece of junk (and all of their current models) are made of plastic and cheap. When at low speeds the plastic body rattles and the unit doesn't feel like what it should for the price point. We've exchanged out unit 3 times now trying to fox the rattle and one of them actually vibrated so much it moved across the counter when processing. Unfortunately Vitamix is the best game in town and I'm saddened by their new design choices and/or QC.
So sensitive, sensor keeps trying to detect. poor quality
