Satisfied with results!
The 1st few days I took the pills exactly as directed and did not notice any help w a lighter or stopped flow. However, the next month, when my period started again, I took the recommended 3 pill dose and it absolutely worked! It slowed almost to a stop! I am in perimenopause so my flow heaviness is all over the place and the starting and stopping of my cycle is very erratic! This has helped it slow or almost stop month to month when I take it and I am so thankful for that!
