TUDCA supplement
It has a tasty flavor so there's no need to mix it with food or drinks. I just put the dropper under my tongue and take it straight. I've only used it for a week and it may be helping with my thumb arthritis, because it doesn't bother me as much, but I can't guarantee the improvement is caused by TUDCA supplementation.

I have had some digestive issues and wanted to try this. It's easy to take and the taste is pleasant. I feel like it helping even though it's only been a few days. I think it's worth trying to see if it helps you.
