Vitapur Bottom Load Water Dispenser (Hot Room and Cold) Black/Platinum

I bought this over a month ago. ..love this cooler. ..has 3 temperatures of water (hot, room temp, cold). ..I love the kettle feature of the vitapur water coolers...doesn't take any longer than a kettle to heat up but I don't have to pay for the power of having it constantly heating...bottom load is great. ..the pump really isn't any louder than anything else that runs in your house. ..and it only runs for a few seconds to fill the reservoir back up. ..it works great for our family. ..

Bought one of these for my daughter, loved it so much I bought one 6 months later. Easy to load water, no more heavy lifting, love the little light where you pour so you can see it at night without turning lights on.

Love it! It works great, to the very last drip of water and it looks great. Only con I have is the water is not hot... or warm... It's ether extra cold or cold.

Only thing I would change is the depth of the fill station. It's tough to fill bottles or any bigger container. Outside of that, it's as expected. A touch loud at times, but the water is cold and it looks nice too

I like the cooler a lot the only thing I don't like about it is the bottom it's not like a door that opens you have to pull it off and it is very hard to put it back on

It takes far to long to fill a glass of water. This is the first bottom load water cooler, so maybe they are all slow...?

Everything stop working. Cold water & empty bottle indicator stop working after several days. Even the cold water dispenser. Damage body cause by shipping I guess. Return it at Walmart.

I bought this from superstore 2 years ago and now its broken, doesn't cool the water whatsoever. I drink ALOT of water so I will admit I got a good use out of it before it broke.. but I feel it should last much longer than 2 years? Some other problems I would have is it would constantly start beeping for no reason? I would have to unplug it for a few days and then when I plugged it in would work. It kept the water so cold and fresh when it worked but giving it one star due to the fact that its completley broken after only two years.
