Large dose vitamin C. Helps in cold season
I world prefer gummy vitamins to this. Seems to be good quality. A little hard to swallow due to large size.
This pill is huge and it has ridges so you would have to soak it for a while and put it in a blender for a smoothie.
It was way too large for a vitamin. I don't normally have any trouble swallowing any pills, but these are huge. I had to take all by itself. Just way too big!
