[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now tried all 3 flavors of. Bone broth. Every one of them is delicious. They dissolved instantly with no clumping. They make a great base for a quick soup by adding leftovers.
I absolutely love this collagen bone broth. I bring it to work and it's my afternoon “snack”. It's filling and warm and soothing. So easy and so good.
Delicious broth!! I've had both the beef and chicken noodle flavors and both are so good! This product is expensive for the amount of servings you get however the quality is there. I will definitely buy it again. It's a staple for me.
I've been purchasing this for a while and it is the best tasting bone broth I've had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm on my third bag of Bone Broth Collagen. I tried others but they just don't compare. The flavor is nicer and it ever help to curb my appetite.
This is one of the very first protein products I purchased when looking for ways to add protein in my diet. I added it to soups and chili. Sipping broth isn't really something I do typically, so that is not something I've done with it. It's a good, solid product that helps I creas protein with little effort. It tastes pretty good and dissolves well. So may protein products skew sweet. This is a great savory option.
I very much enjoy this project because it tastes good and it's easy to use.
I guess I've gotten comfortable with going to the store and buying it pre-made from Swanson's or another label. this one is a powder mixture which I've had from other sources but this one just didn't have any flavor any kick to it.
I have provided pictures of the bag I received as well as screenshots of the product from the website for comparison. I have been looking for a bone broth collagen that I could incorporate into my lentils, rice and soups, so I was excited when I found this; I didn't want a shake but, rather, a food enhancer. Unfortunately, with one scoop purportedly containing 270mg of sodium, it was not quite what I wanted because I am trying to be heart conscious... though, I decided to give it a try. When I received it, the bag indicated a whopping 490 mg of sodium per scoop, not 270!!!! I was furious. Just to get an idea of the product, I tried adding 1/2 scoop into my lentils, which had no other seasoning. Let me just say, it tasted like salt was dumped into this product for the sake of achieving a taste, though the result was only harshly artificial. Why?? Why not have just a very mild tasting product with the excellent protein/collagen content, rather than trying to create a full flavor profile? I believe that if you took out all of the added salt, I would be quite happy with this product. Instead, I am just dissatisfied and disappointed that great nutrients have been destroyed for no good reason. I certainly cannot and will not buy this again.
Quite simply, the website description of this item is dishonest. It does not disclose the many low quality ingredients the product contains. On the website, the Ingredients read: "Ingredients: Collagen Powder with 16g Protein." But on the package label, the truth is revealed: "Chicken Bone Broth Collagen Powder, Grass-Fed Hydrolyzed Bovine Collagen, Natural Flavors, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, Oregano, Rosemary, Grains of Paradise." Especially if you are on the Auto Immune Protocol, this product is actively harmful. If you simply wish to know what you are purchasing, "Natural Flavors" is industry speak for MSG.
