I purchased around December, and I've been taking less than half of the scoop with my coffee every morning. Today, starting February, I can say I noticed little to no hair shed in the shower (my hair is past to my Shoulder blade and I'd loose hair in the shower, brushing, during the day) but ive noticed little to no loss. I also noticed that my nails are a bit thicker. Not enough but thick enough that I noticed as I'm biting them. Nails grow fast and hairstylist says there is almost no hair loss in the sink after she washes my hair! I can tell my hair is not as thin on the sides and back of scalp. Prefer the unflavored flavor. I was recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my right knee, shoulders, hands and lower back as well as losing cartilage in my right knee. It has been very painful up until I started back on the collagen., most of the pain is gone and I can walk without my knee killing me with every step I take. If you have achy joints and pain, I highly recommend taking this.It has worked wonders with my joints as well as helping my thinning hair stop falling out and it is now growing back and I have a full head of hair again.

I bought this collagen to help recover from surgery for a torn bicep tendon. This one contained all the types of collagen I was looking for as well as vitamin to support synthesis and absorption. It mixed nicely into any drink or food I used and had no taste to it. Highly recommended. My recovery went great and everything healed nicely and I believe that this collagen help support that.

This has easily become one of my favorite collagen products, and I'm eager to keep using it. While it's a bit pricey, I'd be more consistent in my orders if the cost were a little lower. Nonetheless, I truly enjoy this product and appreciate its quality.

this has a horrible beef/food after taste and smell adding it to "any" drink as product reads is not true, its like adding meat into ur tea. i tried it in orange juice, green tea, matcha with almond milk, coffee even oatmeal since its mentioned on the product as well this stuff stinks but imma try it in bone broth next and hope i find something that works because id like to see if the health benefits work.
