Awesome stuff. This review is a little harder for me cause I have to talk about my nightmare of Stage 5 Kidney failure. I had Kidney failure most my life I'm now 51 and undergone years of pills, Dialysis and a Kidney Transplant. After a transplant you're body has so much stress and inflammation it's not even funny. So when you're taking Anti - Rejection drugs you're body goes through so much just trying to reject the foreign body Kidney because to your body it doesn't belong there so therefore it's the enemy and must be removed. Anyway your body undergoes a lot of stress and inflammation. Tumeric controls these and calms your body down. It's also done wonders for my Creatine levels (your Kidney functions.) After surgery it was up to about 2 now it's down to 1.3. Awesome number. My doctors couldn't believe it for a newly transplanted patient to have such a perfect number. Well that's my long boring story but that's what Tumeric does control the bodies internal stress and inflammation. What an improvement! I've been using this product for 2 months for ITBand inflammation and arthritic discomfort in my knee... my discomfort has improved from limited range of motion and difficulty walking to minimal discomfort and I'm running around with my grandkids again!
