Great product
I sleep so good taking this. I used to constantly wake up every hour now I wake up once a night. Not sure if it actually helps burn fat but I still like it.

Great but...
I've been using this for years, it is the only thing that helps me sleep. I've tried so many things and none work. The only thing I don't like is it does absolutely nothing for weight loss it claims it will do something to your metabolism and melt your fat at night it does nothing for that at all it just helps me fall asleep a lot faster.

Doesn't work for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this in the hopes that it would help me sleep through the night as I wake up almost hourly. I followed the instructions to take for 5 days then have a 2 day break and experienced no change after using for several weeks.
