Very easy to set up, I am a Older Female and I had "NO PROBLEM" setting this up just follow Directions. Although there is one problem the creator of this unit did not accompblosh is too make the battery on the product last longer on one Charge. I do Love it.
so far I love this ear wax removal wireless ear cleaner. for the price I was surprised how clear the camera was. the app allows you to take pictures and videos of the ear cleaning process. the kit comes with so many interchangeable tips for the ear cleaner.
The instructions are easy to follow and it's easy to connect App with wifi. I love the crystal clear picture when using this product. It is good that extra paddles are included. I would recommend this product.

Used this one time to look in my ear and tried to remove a small amount of wax. When I did, the tip including a small metal ring and plastic tip came off in my ear! It got stuck deep into my ear canal had to go to Dr to remove it. Don't use this! Dangerou! Falls apart! Image was good however
The item looked to be in good shape before I found out what a piece of junk it truly was, the shipping was quick, I've been using it for months now when today I decided to use it and the piece which cleans your ear broke off and got stuck INSIDE my ear! DO NOT BUY THIS it's cheap look elsewhere
