Very easy to use product. has a qr code to scan to find the app needed to use product, a long battery life as well as charger and multiple soft silicone tips that cover the end. It does take a little time to get use to using it but if you stand still use the different angles of view on the camera it is very helpful in making sure your ears are clean and not impacted by using ear swabs.

This is the first time this cleaner is used. I encountered a little trouble during the installation of the program, but it was finally resolved. The picture was very fresh and I felt like a doctor because I could see my ear canal and the dirt that needed to be removed.

This unique and versatile pen style otoscope exceeded my expectations. It did so by the ease in use with only a few minutes of orienting to the direction the ear scope was directed, for proper focusing. The comfortable and soft ear spoon was able to protect the ear canal without exceeding the depth of the ear canal. The device is versatile in that it can be used in the nose, throat, ear, navel or just about any orifice north or south for discovery and maintenance. Of note, my pet swallowed a rubber washer and with discovering it almost immediately before he had time to swallow it, I was able to view and scope his mouth to recover it. This pen like design is so convenient to charge by just a USB cable. This device will surely be one that I will not loan to any one if a writing instrument is required because of its uniqueness. I would highly recommend the device to others.

This was so cool to use!! The camera is so HD and it is crazy how tiny it is. I was able to see everything in my ear and scrape out all of the gunk with no problem. This was a great find for me!!

I was surprised by how well it actually works, including the app itself. My order also came on time as well. Only a little blur with the camera, but very specific with viewing the inside.

As well as described! A variety of top devices were delivered to meet the requirements perfectly. What's even more amazing is that it can be used not only for ears, but also for teeth. It's amazing that I can visually see my cleaning results on the phone screen, which is more practical than any app.

Unfortunately I do have too much ear wax for my liking and I decided to try out this tool. This toolset is simple and easy to use and it's under $20. I like using the app so that I can see inside the my ear before scraping my ear.  I can be so much more accurate now with the cleaning.  I never realized how disgusting my ears look until I got this tool. Totally recommend it for such a cheap price.

This ear cleaning too is very simple to use, detailed instruction for connecting to the camera through wifi and provide several tool for you to clean ur ear. It is also able to see ur ear clearly and remove the majority of ear wax. overall highly recommended this ear cleaning tool.

I bought this to replace one I ordered that broke immediately and let me tell you, it was an amazing choice. Here's why:Pros of this device:•great camera quality•next to no lag•easy to use and assemble•ear drum “sensor” (although I wouldn't trust it too much, the idea is there and I appreciate it)•there isn't a metal piece holding the scoop on like other camera and as someone who looses small things constantly, I'm very happyCons•charge doesn't last long•the scooper is a kinda long•it's a little hard to navigate, but that could also partially be due to user error•some people were upset about the “No Internet” connection when they hooked up the wifi, but there isn't a need for internet when using the camera, so I think that's an invalid claim myself.

It's an interesting little toy. For the money, it was worth it. I am still finding new uses for it. For the price you are not getting the high def, but the picture is good and the app set up was relativly easy.
