just purchased my second bottle! I absolutely love these vitamins! they have been such a big help especially since they keep biting insects away, including my biggest threat, mosquitoes!

Every woman is different should you decide to try these as these’s are just like the 1st bottle I tried. There great I prefer supplements versus a prescription that destroys everything else in your body as it’s trying to help the 1 thing it was intended to do. I just wish they could last 24 hours or until you have to take another one the next day. I take my supplements when I wake up in the morning and it last me about 10 hours and then my flashes start around the time I get ready to whine down for the night an I take another to get me till the morning.

I took this the whole 7 days of my period and wow the difference d it made was amazing. I usually have horrible cramps, not with this it helped so much. Definitely worth it. It's nice that the ingredients are fruit extracts. But this is a must have for anyone with horrible period cramps.

I didn't feel its effectiveness till after 2 weeks and felt it a bit better than other Vitex products; however, I believe the company still have some room for improvement!!! It's not the best choice but it seems like it is working for now though there are some top quality Vitex brands out however they are more expensive but very effective.

While i haven't noticed a significant difference in how I feel on a day to day basis, I will say that my menstrual cycle symptoms are less intense.
