I have low iron and other supplements upset my stomach. This is the only supplement I can take that doesn't hurt my stomach. They are easy to take in the morning with a glass of water. The vitamin c helps with keeping iron up!

I've been using this for a couple of years now because I have low iron. Out of the large selection of iron supplements, I chose this one. The pill size is small, and it provides a decent amount of iron when compared to some others. Additionally, it has vitamin c for the boost of energy. I don't experience stomach aches from taking this. However, I do experience numerous moments of belching with an unpleasant scent for a little bit after taking it. Other than that, I have no issues with this supplement and I will continue to use it as needed.
