I'm lactose intolerant!
I drink one tablespoon of activated charcoal with twelve ounces of water once a week. On an empty stomach. No taste! I had no issues eating a cheese burger. Second week using Viva Doria Activated Charcoal.

Great for whitening your teeth
It's seems like it's too dark to use on your teeth but it rinses out easily. It's extremely effective for whitening your teeth. You can use it everyday!
