Allulose, sugar substitute, taste like sugar.

Anonymous January 2, 2026

Allulose has been recommended as the sweetener to use. It actually tastes like sugar and can be used for coffee, tea, mixing lemonades or other blends. It can also be used for cooking, which I plan to do. It dissolves good in your hot drinks and in mixing with lemonade. At last, I found something that actually tastes good as sugar without a bitter taste.

I like this better than other sweeteners that I use for my keto diet. There is no weird aftertaste and it doesn't have that cooling taste that other sweetners have. The only thing I didn't like was a text showing my package had arrived , with a picture showing that it was on my front porch and it wasn't there, because it was delivered through the mail and was in my mailbox instead. Kind of misleading . I thought it had been taken.

great for diabetics and lowering blood sugar %23

joanna March 7, 2026

this is the best product I have bought as a diabetic, this is the best product that helps slow down the absorption of carbs and helps lower blood sugar. I made a crustless cheese cake and used this as the sweetener and in 3 days after eating one portion of the cheese cake before each meal I am getting great blood sugar numbers of course with eating a healthy whole foods diet this Is a great help!!!! definitely recommend this product!!!!

Very Good Sugar Substitute

Terrilyn March 26, 2026

This is a very good sugar substitute with no aftertaste and it dissolves well in hot teas/coffees. My only caution is that some people may find it gives one a "tummy rumble" so it's not for everyone. Very good for people with diabetes or on a low sugar diet.

sweetener without over doing it

shaun March 30, 2026

Its a substitute if you need some sweeteness in tea or coffee becuae clearly just stirring with my finger wasnt sweet enough. If you have a fatty liver its a better substitute than sugar and fake sugar. You got to be kind to your liver. Everything in moderation.

Game Changer

Scottie January 17, 2026

This product is an absolute game changer for a zero-calorie substitute. I have tried them all. If you have a sensitivity to stevia or surculose which they mix in a lot of the drinks, you can immediately taste the nasty aftertaste. I use this in all my coffee and tea. The only difference is about 65% sweet compared to sugar so you will need to adjust to taste. You can also bake with this product with very good results. If you're looking to cut your sugar this is the one.

The only sweetener I use. No sugars, fake sugars, and or sugar substitutes. It is great for your gut micro biome, and use everyday in my morning coffee or tea. Also add to Yogurts and Kefirs and mix in with Walnuts, blueberries, blackberries, Flaxseeds. Glad I found this product, makes it easy to get monthly.

Close sugar taste, not as sweet

RuCa March 9, 2026

I rather liked this product. I drink a lot of tea, every day, and coffee here and there. I was looking for an alternative to sugar, and was using Stevia . Now I'm looking for an alternative to Stevia . This Allulose actually taste pretty close to the taste of sugar. It's not as sweet, and doesn't cause that weird aftertaste, like some sweeteners. I do find that I have to use a good amount to sweeten my tea. However, as stated before, it's pretty close to the taste of sugar. I would recommend you give it a try.

Sugar Substitute

V February 17, 2026

I initially ordered 2 -5%23 bags of this Allulose, and only received 1. I called customer service, they did some research and provided me a full refund for the undelivered bag. I used Monk fruit in the past, however I did some research on Monk Fruit, and decided to switch to Allulose. So far used it in cereal and it acts and tastes very similar to sugar. Haven't used it enough yet to give an honest opinion.

Not sweet at all. You can't go on the weight. Weighs about the same as sucrolose but is a heavier grain. Not worth the money. Not sweet. Took 3 spoonfuls to get the same results as sucrolose. But I suppose if you can't tolerate anything else...its helpful.
