Viva Doria Himalayan Pink Salt Coarse Grain Crystal Sea Salt, 5 lbs for Grinder refills

I always order Viva Doria Pink Salt. I have been using this for a few years now. It grinds real well and i let a few grains melt in my mouth for added minerals. Great to cook with and always fresh from the grinder at the table. I highly recommend this product.

I've bought Viva Doria Himalayan Pink Salt in the past and been very happy with how my food tastes. So this time I went with 5 pounds. Also I can share with family when they ask for recipes. I used on fresh kale from the garden today baked with a little olive oil. I also used on my salad from my garden and it was great. Highly recommend!

As another user wrote, there are pebbles and sand in this salt. May be result of its being actual mined salt. I don't know how they could fix this without ruining the salt, unless there are better places to mine it. I just hope it doesn't hurt my salt grinder. I don't imagine it'll hurt me. The salt has a lovely flavor; not the best price for 5 pounds.

I ordered the coarse grain Himalayan pink salt. I received the fine grain Himalayan pink salt. the fine grain does not work for my grinder so it's hard to review if the item that you received was not the one that you ordered. this is not the first time I've ordered coarse grain salt from viva Doria and got fine grain. I like the brand and that's why I tried to order it again. I just want the coarse grain that I chose not the fine grain.
