I must have looked at every scooter on the market before I decided on this one. I purchased this scooter as a gift for my husband. He has insisted on using his walker after having a stroke. But lately it has stopped him from doing many of the things that he enjoys…like car shows. So I took the chance. What convinced me to purchase this particular scooter was the weight and size. The scooter easily breaks down into 4 pieces. The heaviest piece weighs only about 30 pounds. I am not a big person and It is easy to lift into the trunk of my car. I have an Acura ilx. It has a small trunk, but I can fit the entire scooter in. The swivel seat works great. It makes it easy for my husband to go from scooter to walker. Shipping was extremely fast. The packaging was great. I just cut the 4 corners of the box. It was extremely easy to put together. It is also very easy to breakdown to transport. It travels at a reasonable speed. We also have a slight incline on our driveway and it has no problem. This scooter has given my husband a new found freedom. He can once again do things and go places that involve a lot of walking. He is extremely happy with this scooter. I highly recommend it.

I normally do not write reviews but other reviews helped me decide on this scooter so want to repay the favor. Owned for 1 month, am 68 yrs old with breathing/walking issues so bought to ride to mail box/around neighborhood but is streamlined enough to ride around house getting from room to room; if turn is tight just have to make 3 or 6 point turn but so easy to drive! I'm 5' 6" 150 lbs %26 perfect fit. I'm mechanically challenged yet I was able to easily assemble with instructions without tools %26 also found helpful video online. Use daily so charge about every 12 days overnight. Only use in house and neighborhood since I don't have strength to disassemble %26 load into vehicle . Excellent scooter for price!

this cart was a very good buy. if I had to do it all over again I would buy the same card My mom absolutely loves it and now she is much more mobile and out and about

i love my pink scooter. fits in small area in back of my daughter's van. i gace gotten stopped by several people wanting to know were i got it. great price compared to other places. it has made my life si much easier.

I love the scooter however, when I opened the box the handle on the battery was snapped off on one side. I contacted customer service at Walmart. The rep called the company it was shipped from who said they would replace it. I am waiting for the replacement battery to arrive. The scooter is excellent and not bulky which is what I wanted

Arrived the week early pleasantly surprised absolutely beautiful did not even have to use instructions. I took off within 15 minutes of receiving it. I was on the street ha ha ha ha so very easy to put together much better than the three wheeler. The grip is great. It goes fast enough it goes up Areas that I couldn’t access before and I was scared of the three wheeler I think anyone that purchases this can do no wrong go for it👌🤪👍 sunshine DAV/USN

Love my Vive scooter. I broke my leg in August %26 was unable to walk on it for months. The scooter fits in the trunk of my car. We take it to the park so I can go on walks with my husband %26 dog. It is the perfect size for maneuvering through stores. The battery lasts for miles as advertised. I definitely recommend this scooter.

The scooter was easy to assemble and arrived earlier than expected. The scooter is perfect for my needs as I live in an over 55 complex and this requires a lot of walking. I am very pleased with all features of the scooter except the foot room could be a little larger. Everyone that sees the scooter raves about the look and size of this scooter as it fits into a small space when parked. It is quiet and goes at a good speed on the carpeted halls of our complex. For my needs it is a perfect solution to avoid a lot of walking because of leg issues. I would recommend this scooter to everyone that has walking issues.

unfortunately I haven't found anyone to put this together for me. however I have had some dealings with the seller and they are amazingly fair!! Due to the way the treated me I would buy from them again for sure!! making your customers feel valued still goes a long way!! wish more companies consider how they treat their customers means more simetimes then the product itself!! thank you for your kindness!!

I assembled the scooter yesterday morning with a fellow Knight Of Columbus I did not up. I tested it in the garage in the driveway. I did not test it out on the open area until last night about 730. It worked fine for an hour and then I parked it. Shut it off and then I was gonna take the dog for a walk this morning after I went to Walmart to buy a leash retractable leash for her. I came home. I was happy figured out how to control her with the leash and operate that and I go to turn it on and nothing. It turned the key on the dash doesn't light up nothing everything we're good fine yesterday so I checked the battery would voltmeter fine. I checked there. It appears to be a problem broken somewhere before that let's go back to the package. The package was severely damaged. I took pictures after the delivery driver. It was not the delivery driver cause I saw it that was at the truck when he was unloading it after 3 o'clock in the afternoon, but he had to come back with it because it wasn't on his phone earlier, not the phone that the computer that they use we got done with this route. There's a big box then he comes back. I'm sitting in the garage with my dog and I went over and he says I think it's your scooter Mr. Betley and I said I good so I walked I had my walker I went over right there. I was right there and she slid it out of the truck and put it on the dolly put it in the house and he goes oh my this is really really damaged so I started taking pictures and his name was Nick and Nick is the regular driver so I think we have an issue with the unit I already contacted five and they want me to do a troubleshooting on it this afternoon, but I can't do that by myself because of my limitations someone has to come here take the panel part. It's something to do, but it was damaged to the box was damaged severely including the phone so I know there's a problem and I think the problem is gonna be with a circuit panel is by the control box but it's not vibes. Fault when you look at the pictures of of the unit of the box then you'll say the same thing that I said oh boy that does not look good but I live alone so I couldn't assemble it Wednesday night. I had to wait for a Knight Of Columbus to come over shortly after nine and help me assemble it so I do have pictures.
