This has helped in so many ways. Not just in my neck. It's just the right size to wrap on my neck %26 shoulders. Used it on my lower back in my car as well on a bad day that I had to get to a doctor appointment and it was a perfect size for the trip.

Just what I needed
I needed something flexible that could be frozen to provide relief for the back of my neck and shoulders. Traditional ice packs, once frozen, are rigid and can't mold around the curves and angles in this part of the body. This product is perfect! It doesn't get rigid but stays flexible. And I'm pleased it is latex-free, too.

Great Purchase!
This ice pack works really well. I Love how soft it is on the outside, even when frozen. And it stays cold, helping with the pain in my neck %26 shoulders. Great purchase.

Nothing spectacular but a solid buy
Performs as expected. I'm pretty happy with it. When you first pull it out of the freezer of course it's a little stiff and hard to mold, but after a minute or two on you, it conforms a little better and I can even get up and walk around the house with it on. Stays cold a fair length of time.
