Just what I needed
I needed something flexible that could be frozen to provide relief for the back of my neck and shoulders. Traditional ice packs, once frozen, are rigid and can't mold around the curves and angles in this part of the body. This product is perfect! It doesn't get rigid but stays flexible. And I'm pleased it is latex-free, too.

Great Purchase!
This ice pack works really well. I Love how soft it is on the outside, even when frozen. And it stays cold, helping with the pain in my neck %26 shoulders. Great purchase.

Nothing spectacular but a solid buy
Performs as expected. I'm pretty happy with it. When you first pull it out of the freezer of course it's a little stiff and hard to mold, but after a minute or two on you, it conforms a little better and I can even get up and walk around the house with it on. Stays cold a fair length of time.
