Way better than expected. Looks great and rides smooth. The pedal assist is great. I'm from upper NY and it's extremely hilly where I'm located and it has no problems with any hills. Very strong motor and battery. Most definitely recommend this E-bike.

The directions are little confusing for assembly. Find your model and go on YouTube for better directions. The box is bulky that it comes in may need some help moving it around. My first attempt put the handle bars on backwards and the adjustment of the brakes. Got it up to 22 mph with out the pedal. Not to much lag going uphill. Range varies how for you can go with you pedaling or just using the battery.

Great electric bike. Fun to ride. It has yet to reach 26 mph. averages around 20/21. Still fun especially going downhill. Love how it doesn't require too much pedaling before it switches to electric. The seat is very firm Cool if you like your seats that hard. Will replace seat soon. Otherwise, a great bike. my wife now wants one.

Got this bike for my dad, and he absolutely LOVES it! He loves how fast it is, and how quick it gets to the desired speed. He also said that it is a very comfortable ride with the seat being cushiony, and the shocks being durable, not really feeling any bumps. Only thing that we had a hard time with putting together was the front where the light is, definitely takes two people for that part.

Had one week and started fallen apart. Front wheel came damaged and back tire. Went flat and will not keep air. I am trying to work with company but is taking a long time. It has to go through so many departments to get repair/replaced.

My bike showed up with a wobbly rim. Great quality bike overall. Just someone was probably having too much fun testing it out probably before they sent it to me. The battery bracket, lowest screw, does not insert or go in causing it to bounce whenever it wobbles from wobbly rim. I would still like to purchase the bike because of the quality. It's very fast. Acceleration. Overall I'm satisfied with it, just the main overall I'm satisfied with it.

arrived damaged. requested a replacement or return. i never received any response. Horrible customer service, and stuck with a over $400 bike thats basically trash. Do not recommend!!!

I purchased this bike for my grandson and was disappointed when the box arrived which looked like it had been previously opened and returned by a previous buyer. We proceeded to assemble the bike when we discovered that the bolt to be loosened in step one of assembly was locked into place and could not be loosened for disassembly. I have contacted both Vivi and Walmart by email to return, replace or to issue a refund and still after two weeks have not heard anything back! I canceled my card purchase and would never buy another bike from either company.

I am having a terrible experience with this seller. I did not realize this product is not actually from Walmart. It is an outside seller. I am trying to return the product and I have written 4 e-mails to the seller. It takes 2 days for seller to respond to each one and I still have no resolution. I think the seller is trying to eat up the return window so I can't return the item. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SELLER. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM OUTSIDE SELLERS. Only order actual Walmart products.

currently both front and back brakes stop working, seems broken, there's no tension and i can not tighten. Also the display is fogged up even though the bicycle is kept indioiand has not been subjected to moisture. Both tires have gone flat due to thin inner tubes and triees.
